Order Processing
All Apex Slabs orders are processed and packed under high-definition security cameras to ensure quality and order accuracy. Standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days before your package is handed over to the carrier. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume drops or holiday seasons.
Delivery & Insurance
We deal in high-value assets. Every slab shipped from our facility is fully insured. Apex Slabs assumes responsibility for your package until the carrier marks it as 'Delivered'. Once the tracking status updates to 'Delivered', the responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your porch or mailbox after confirmed delivery.
High-Ticket Signature Requirement
To protect our collectors, any single order exceeding $500 (including all Sanctum Drops and premium Vault Drops) will automatically require a direct Adult Signature Upon Delivery. The carrier will not leave these packages unattended. If you are unavailable to sign, it is your responsibility to coordinate a redelivery or pickup with the carrier.
International Duties & Taxes
For our global collectors, Apex Slabs is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred once the package reaches your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
