Terms of Service & Purchase Agreement

The Mystery Box Agreement

Apex Slabs provides premium, curated mystery boxes and randomized graded trading card slabs (including Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, and Union Arena). By purchasing any drop from our public feed, The Vault, or The Sanctum, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a randomized product. While we advertise historical ceilings and estimated odds, market values of graded trading cards fluctuate. Apex Slabs does not guarantee that the secondary market value of the card you receive will equal or exceed your purchase price.

All Sales Final & No Refund Policy

Due to the randomized nature of our inventory, all sales are strictly final. Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances. We do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with the pulled franchise/character, or disagreements regarding a third-party grading company's assigned grade.

Zero-Tolerance Anti-Chargeback Policy

Apex Slabs actively pursues all fraudulent chargebacks. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your credit card provider or bank claiming 'Item Not As Described' or 'Fraudulent Transaction' after receiving your slab, Apex Slabs will immediately:

  • Submit this legally binding agreement, along with your IP address, checkout logs, and carrier delivery confirmation, to your bank to reverse the dispute.
  • Instantly and permanently terminate your Apex Slabs account.
  • Revoke any active VIP Subscription tiers (Scout, Predator, or Titan) without refund.
  • Ban your shipping address, name, and payment methods from all future drops.

VIP Subscription Terms

Apex Slabs offers recurring monthly memberships (Scout, Predator, Titan). By subscribing, you authorize our payment gateway to automatically charge your vaulted payment method every 30 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations; your benefits will simply remain active until the end of your current billing period.
